Delivery and Exchange

Delivery

Keetsa will deliver your order free of charge to the 48 contiguous states.  Please contact the customer service if your shipping address is outside of these states , and would like to get quote on the shipping cost.  The order will be shipped out via UPS Ground from warehouses in Los Angeles and Chicago.  It will take 2 to 7 business days.

If you need faster shipping service, please contact the customer service line at 1-8-777-KEETSA for quote on express shipping charge.

UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after the dispatch is made, which is usually the next day the order is entered.

Keetsa Exchange Policy

Keetsa believes you will absolutely love your new mattress, pillow or other Keetsa sleep product.  That’s why we offer free shipping for online customers.  We feel so strongly about your satisfaction that we encourage all customers to use the product for a full 30 nights.  We’ve learned that sleep is a very sensitive process and that it sometimes takes 30 nights of use to really know if something is going to work well for you.

If, for some comfort issues you want to exchange the product, you certainly may, but only AFTER 30-nights of use.  Please call us directly before you decide that you are not happy with Keetsa product.  Our Customer Service team can answer most consumer concerns and can assist you with any questions you may have about your new sleep products.  Please call us first at: 1-877-7KEETSA (1-877-753-3872).

If after calling us, you still want to return your product, the Keetsa Customer Service team member will help you to pick out another suitable mattress for you.  Any additional charge for the exchanged mattress will need to be paid by the customer.  Please note that there is 15%(of returned product value) return processing fee and $100 recycling fee for each mattress. Please understand that many sleep products cannot be resold since these are personal care items, and we will send the returned mattresses to recycle center. Only one exchange is possible, and comfort exchange is allowed between the 30 day and 60 day window period.

Keetsa's 30 night comfort guarantee is only valid when your new Keetsa mattress is placed on an approved platform. An approved platform is either Keetsa's metal or wooden platform, a platform bed with slats a maximum 4" apart or a solid platform base. If you put your new Keetsa mattress on an older or existing boxspring, Keetsa cannot guarantee the comfort. 

Keetsa Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects

Please read this Limited Warranty carefully.  To maintain your Warranty, you will need to comply with the conditions stated here.  This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover changing comfort preferences.

  1.  Please maintain this Warranty Statement in a safe place along with your original dated sales receipt that indicates you are the original purchaser.  Please do not cut off the white law tag on your mattress or pillow as this contains valuable information about your product.  Do not bend or fold your mattress; do not try to get it back in to the original box.  If you need to exchange your Keetsa product, please follow the specified exchange-policy instructions (call Keetsa’s Customer Service Team first).  When moving your Keetsa mattress after initial use, please be sure that it is properly supported and protected; carry on its side when moving.

  2. Keetsa- branded mattresses ("Keetsa Plus", "Keetsa Cloud", "Keetsa Pillow Soft", "Tea Leaf Classic", "Tea Leaf Supreme", "Tea Leaf Select") come with a 20-year warranty against manufacturing defects that may compromise the sleep quality provided by the mattress. All Keetsa pillows come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects that may compromise the sleep quality provided by the pillow. Keetsa Bed Frames come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects that may compromise the sleep quality provided by the frame. The start date begins on the date of purchase and an original sales receipt is required to establish the start date of this warranty. There is no expressed manufacturing warranty for Keetsa products that are not specifically listed here. There is no expressed manufacturing warranty for Keetsa products that are not specifically listed here.

  3. Mattress manufacturing defects include;
    1. Seams coming apart
    2. Compression of the mattress core greater than 1.5" (which does NOT include body indentations in the comfort top finish such as a Pillow Top, Box Top, Euro Box Top, Super Box Top, etc.)
    3.  Coil failure (extends or depresses more than 1.5" of original height or protrudes out of the mattress core)

  4. Mattress manufacturing defects DO NOT include;
    1. Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time.
    2.  Mattresses that may have been soiled, dampened, burned or otherwise abused.
    3. Bed height change over time after use.
    4. Mattress fabric color changes or pills, which can accumulate over time.  

  5. Pillow manufacturing defects include;
    1. Seams coming apart
    2. Mis-shaped products when new or within the first 30 nights of use
    3. Pillow manufacturing defects

  6. Pillow manufacturing defects DO NOT include;
    1. Loss of loft or shape after 30 nights of use; this is common among all types of pillows. 
    2. Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including color or pills, which can accumulate over time.
    3. Pillows that may have been soiled, dampened, burned or otherwise abused.

  7. Foundation manufacturing defects include;
    1. Seams coming apart
    2. Broken support structures that do not adequately provide a firm, rigid and flat surface for the mattress.

  8. Foundation manufacturing defects DO NOT include;
    1.  Cosmetic changes that naturally occur over time, including color or peels, which can accumulate over time in foundations that include fabrics.

    2. Foundations that may have been soiled, dampened, burned or otherwise abused.  Proper use of the Foundation is defined as having a flat surface for the foundation to rest on to adequately distribute weight of the mattress.  Weight limitation for the foundations is 2400 pounds when that weight is normally distributed on a mattress during normal use. 

  9. This warranty applies only to the products listed here and only when consumers, who purchased them from Keetsa as a new product, have properly used them.  Proper use means using the mattress on a firm, rigid and smooth surface that supports the entire mattress INCLUDING THE CENTER such as a bed platform, box spring, Keetsa Bed Frame foundation.  Proper use also means that the product was not abused by the consumer, as defined by the manufacturer.  Replacement of one piece or part of the product does not constitute agreement to replace other parts.  The warranty period does not get extended from the original purchase date if replacement parts are required.

  10. If your product fails due to manufacturing defects, the manufacturer will repair or replace it at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement part will match the existing piece or product.

  11. In the event the product needs to be inspected by the manufacturer to determine a warranty claim, the transportation cost or removal cost is borne by the consumer until such time the manufacturer can determine that a claim is valid.
