We do not offer comfort guarantees. Sleep is a personal process, and it can take up to a month for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If you find your Keetsa is too firm, however, you can order comfort layers to give you a softer experience. Email or call us at 1.877.753.3872 so our experienced sleep guides can assist you in increasing your level of comfort.

Our commitment to you and to the environment are the hallmarks of how we do business. If you have issues with your Keetsa, we strongly recommend that you consult with our highly experienced sleep guides. We may have an easy solution that will save you the inconvenience of having to return your Keetsa. Should you return it, however, we will refund all but 10% of the returned product value. We cannot resell the mattress.

Once you open the sealed bag, your Keetsa will rise within a couple of hours to 70 or 80 percent of its full loft. At that point, it's ready for use. Within one or two weeks, it will reach its final shape. If you notice some wrinkles and rounded corners, don't worry—they'll disappear in a few weeks and won't affect the comfort in the meantime.

Free your Keetsa from its packaging and unroll it. Place it so that the Keetsa logo is right side up and visible at the foot of the bed. Make sure to place your mattress on the proper foundation—either a Keetsa Steel Bed Frame, a Keetsa Base, a slatted platform bed (with slats no more than 2" in width and no more than 4" apart), or a conventional box spring that is in good condition and does not flex.

Keetsa mattress cannot be put back into the box. Once it is out of its box, it's not possible to put it back in. We are hoping to develop a new technology that makes that possible some day soon.

Over time, the surface of your Keetsa will naturally soften a bit. To make sure that the mattress wears evenly, simply turn it head to toe once every six months. Keetsa mattress covers are neither removable nor washable despite the presence of a zipper on some models. That's why we recommend a waterproof protector to keep it clean and fresh for years to come.
