and cardboard to throw away, but seemingly well protected. My box was pretty beat up but nothing was damaged inside.
Setting it up was easy, bolts together quickly. I recommend using a ratcheting allen wrench for the tight working area. Of all the holes for the bolts I think only 1 or 2 were not fully aligned so it was kind of fussy, but some elbow grease did get them in. Did not have any issues with the washers like I saw on some reviews, but I also did not overtighten. No issues there so far.
Support, the frame itself is pretty sturdy, the slats have some flex to them. Initially I could hear some of the slats creaking when I was sitting directly onto the slatted areas, but I think that was just them settling. Have not heard any creaking since. The metal frame itself has no shaking, creaking, or movement. Very sturdy. Time will tell on that one, but seems good.
The frame is light enough to push around on carpet, so if you need to move it, you should be able to.
I like the height of it. Perfect for storing clothing/drawers below, and also a comfortable sitting height for our 8" thick mattress (Which we intend to replace at some point).
The finish said black crushed, but its more like a gunmetal color, definitely not "black" as advertised. I was a bit disappointed on that part.
Overall, I think this was a good purchase and would recommend it. But it is overpriced for what it is, so look for a good sale. For its price, I think you'll have better quality than some "wood" frames in this price range. Its not a "pretty" frame, but its functional and hopefully this lasts a while. Very sturdy and silent, easy to assemble.

Very sturdy and easy to assemble. I was able to assemble solo in less than an hour. My only complain is the velcro that attaches the slats to the frame does not fully line up, leaving some exposed velcro teeth.

We purchased this bed frame recently after a cheap previous frame from another brand broke.

This one is so, so much better. It doesn't make noise and is rock solid. Putting it together wasn't too bad either. The box is HEAVY and FedEx left it at the base of our stairs, but that's not a fault of the frame!
