A Full size Keetsa mattress measures 54"W x 75"L — the standard full size mattress dimensions. It offers 16 more inches of width compared to a Twin, making it a comfortable option for single sleepers who want more room to move, or a cozy option for couples in smaller bedrooms.

A Full can accommodate two sleepers, though each person has about 27 inches of personal space — less than a twin bed's width. It works for couples who like sleeping close together or in smaller rooms. For more comfort as a couple, a Queen (60"W x 80"L) is typically recommended. Every Keetsa mattress comes with our 12-year. You also have a 90-day mattress trial period — we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before deciding on a return. A 10% fee applies for all returns and exchanges.
