Refund policy
We strive to provide the most comfortable, durable and affordable sleep products in the market today. Our commitment to you and the environment are the hallmarks of how we do business. Our goal is to make you happy to the best of our ability. We have the following policies in place to ensure a great customer experience:
Comfort issues: We do not offer comfort guarantees. Sleep is a personal process and it sometimes can take up to 30 nights for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Keetsa offers comfort layers to help make your mattress more comfortable. Please see call us at 1.877.753.3872 so our well experienced Sleep Consultants can assist you in any way.
Returns: We require you allow a full 30 nights of use before contacting us for return issues, and you have up to a full 90 days return privilege from date of purchase. Please contact your Sleep Consultant to discuss your mattress issue. We have several options for solving your problem. If you do decide to return, there is a return processing fee which is 10% of your purchased value.
Order Cancellation
If the item has already been shipped out there will be return shipping fee for cancelling an order. Please send order cancellation request to contactus@keetsa.com. The item must be returned to the warehouse in original package for the refund to be processed. Please expect up to two weeks to see the refund on the statement.
