What is the difference between a coil and hybrid mattress?

Coil mattresses are often firm, simple and affordable. These types of mattresses rely on coils for structure, with less foam on top. Hybrid mattresses are generally better for pressure relief and motion isolation due to more memory foam. How long will the mattress take to expand after delivery?

Your mattress will begin expanding as soon as you unwrap it. While it's ready to sleep on right away, the full expansion to its proper size dimensions can take up to four weeks. Like all mattresses in a box, patience ensures the best comfort experience.

What is the return and warranty policy?

Every Keetsa mattress comes with our 12-year. You also have a 90-day mattress trial period — we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before deciding on a return. A 10% fee applies for all returns and exchanges.

What if my order gets lost in transit?

If you purchased the Route protection, you will need to file a claim with Route on Route.com. They will place a new order for Keetsa to ship a replacement. If you did not purchase the Route protection, Keetsa will file a claim with FedEx.
