A Twin size Keetsa mattress measures 38"W x 75"L — the standard twin mattress size. The height varies by model: our hybrid mattresses with iCoil® springs range from 9" to 14", and our memory foam mattresses range from 10" to 12". Twin mattresses are a perfect fit for children, teenagers, or single adults in compact living spaces such as studio apartments or dorm rooms. Your mattress will begin expanding as soon as you unwrap it. While it's ready to sleep on right away, the full expansion to its proper size dimensions can take up to four weeks. Like all mattresses in a box, patience ensures the best comfort experience.

We offer a 90-day mattress trial on all our mattresses. We ask that you sleep on your new Keetsa for at least 30 days before deciding to return it — it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. A 10% fee applies for all returns and exchanges.

No box spring is required. Keetsa mattresses can be placed directly on any of our Keetsa steel bed frames or any flat, supportive surface. If you prefer added height, our steel box spring "The Base" pairs perfectly with all Keetsa mattresses — available in every size from twin to california king.
