CertiPUR-US®

Keetsa mattresses are crafted with certified polyurethane foam that meets CertiPUR-US® program standards for content, emissions, and durability. CertiPUR-US®-approved foam is made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP flame retardants and without mercury, lead, heavy metals, or formaldehydes.

 

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®

Our Tencel, Polyester & Linen blend fabrics are inspected and certified by STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. The results of the inspection made according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® Appendix 4, Product Class II have shown that the fabric meets human-ecological requirements for direct contact with skin.

 

FIBERGLASS for Flame Retardant?

Keetsa does not use fiberglass. The fire barrier used in Keetsa mattress is made with knitted fabric composed of carbon rayon with content of polyacrylonitrile.

The fire barrier has been tested inspected and certified by STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, an independent testing and certification system used worldwide for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels. The results of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® inspection (Appendix 4, Product Class II) indicate that our fire barrier cotton fabric meets the human-ecological requirements for skin contact. 

Our fire barrier also fulfills the requirements specified by Annex XVII of REACH for the use of azo colorants and nickel release as well as the American requirement for lead content in children's articles (with the exception of accessories made from glass).

The Keetsa Pillow Plus® is a medium firm hybrid mattress featuringindividually wrapped coils combined with a three-inch integrated layer of plush, body-responsive Memory Foam and Comfort Foam. As one of the best medium firm mattresses available in our collection, it's designed for sleepers who change positions throughout the night or share a bed with someone who has a different sleep style.

How do I clean my mattress?

You can spot clean your mattress using a 1:1 mixture of vinegar and fabric softener, or water and fabric softener. We recommend using a spray bottle to apply the solution, then gently blot the area. Allow the mattress to dry completely before replacing your sheets. For deeper cleaning needs, we suggest hiring a professional mattress cleaning company that specializes in memory foam. How long will the mattress take to expand after delivery?

Your mattress will begin expanding as soon as you unwrap it. While it's ready to sleep on right away, the full expansion to its proper size dimensions can take up to four weeks. Like all mattresses in a box, patience ensures the best comfort experience.

What is the return policy for our mattresses?

We offer a 90-day mattress trial on all our mattresses. We ask that you sleep on your new Keetsa for at least 30 days before deciding to return it — it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. A 10% fee applies for all returns and exchanges.

Does The Keetsa Pillow Plus® come with a warranty?

Every Keetsa mattress is built to last and comes with our 12-year of warranty, reflecting our confidence in the quality and durability of our materials. Whether you choose a memory foam mattress or a hybrid, we stand behind every mattress we craft.

Can I use a mattress topper or cover with The Keetsa Pillow Plus®?

Yes! Mattress covers and toppers can be placed directly on the mattress. They should wrap around the corners like a fitted sheet for a secure fit. We also recommend pairing your mattress with one of our Anti-Mite & Sweat-Resistant Mattress Protectors for added protection — the best mattress topper or protector significantly extends the life of your mattress.
